To help to service its growing number of clients based north of the M25, Ferrier Pearce Creative Group has opened a new office in the grounds of Capability Brown's 17th century home in Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire.
#
Having been awarded the ISO 14001 environmental accreditation in 2007, we aim to continue the reduction of our carbon footprint. Therefore, to decrease business mileage and service our Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire and Midlands clients, it makes sense to have an office in this geographical region.
#
Studio46 opened its doors on 1st July and has already started servicing new clients in the immediate area.
#
#
Having received ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental accreditations on our first application last year, we have performed a hat trick by achieving the Contractor Health and Safety assessment scheme
(CHAS) certification on initial application. This was particularly impressive as less than 25% of applicants are awarded CHAS accreditation on their first attempt.
#
On hearing that the Ferrier Pearce account team also held CSCS Construction Site Visitor cards, the CHAS assessor said, "This is a further indication of the company's commitment to managing health and safety."

Client Feedback
#
As part of our continued commitment to service improvement, we have stuck our neck out and held our first
Client
Client Feedback Meeting at the Museum of Brands, Packaging and Advertising. The research findings were particularly positive, with clients feeling that they really benefit from working with us. They are frequently delighted when Ferrier Pearce goes beyond the original brief and that deadlines are always met.
#
The areas the meeting suggested needed further attention included sharing inter-client marketing strategy experiences and minimising changes to established client/account handler relationships.

Cassie Clanachan, Account Manager, has just passed her project management Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) examinations.
#
PRINCE2 is a standard used by the UK Government and the private sector, both in the UK and internationally, as a project management methodology designed to provide a framework covering a wide variety of disciplines and activities.
#
Cassie will use her new skills to support the extensive range of marketing strategy projects being managed by Ferrier Pearce.
#
#
New client Cobella has provided the team with a different strand of interest. Located in Kensington and Selfridges, Cobella commissioned us to create new branding to support a special three-day "Summer Hair Rehab" experience.
#
Cobella images
Having provided the graphics for the Selfridges based event, and produced a special 'credit card' and 'cheque book' for the Hair 52 regular hair blow dry membership scheme, the design, production and web teams have also supported other products and designed the Cobella website www.hair52.co.uk

love is in the air
#
Following our selection by Islington Council to form part of their design panel, we have recently designed and produced "The really...really useful service guide" which provides a contact directory to the Council's 600+ services.
#
Our design and account teams are currently implementing a strategy that will involve doorstep discussion and digital activity evaluation aimed at the promotion of enhanced waste recycling, reuse and reduction activities. The strategy will form the first part of the Love Islington Community Recycling Programme.

The new Ferrier Pearce website is now under construction and will be launched soon. This baby has been a long time in coming but when you are designing everyone else's website you don't get a chance to do your own!

Brave new Frontier
#
Working with Homes by Frontier, our design and website teams have designed and installed a brand new website to support this new generation homebuilder's first developments.
#
Homes by Frontier
Basing their key marketing activities on digital communications, Homes by Frontier required a fresh new approach for their website, which we have provided www.homesbyfrontier.com Having completed the domain installation, the studio and web teams are now busy developing a microsite for Homes by Frontier's first development in Aylesbury.

Catch
Quite a Catch
#
Our subsidiary, Catch Digital, was recently contracted by Haymarket to provide the technology powering Campaign magazine's "BIG Awards" in the UK. Their system enabled a smooth entry, payment and judging process for over 1,600 entrants, providing a lucrative revenue channel, taking over £300K in entry fees alone.
#
The obviously impressed client commented, "Working with Catch is like letting silk run between your hands; a seamless, apparently effortless service, focused just on you, your problem and their solutions for you. Catch surpassed all expectations on our first project, working hand-in-hand with one of the hottest creative ad agency teams in London to create a site with massive handling capacities, yet with the finest attention to design detail.
#
I cannot recommend Catch highly enough. Even the grunty bits, like interfacing with an existing accounting system, were handled with the same silky ease. OK... here's the digital ball... now Catch!!"
#
We did not write this - honest!

Daily Telegraph features Hymans Robertson Review
#
Following their successful people orientated 2007 Annual Review, Hymans Robertson asked Ferrier Pearce to build on this winning theme for their 2008 Review.
#
Using pictures of Hymans Robertson staff engaged in their hobbies, whilst wearing work clothes,
David Mote
the latest Review demonstrates how personal interests can help develop working skills that, in turn, can support and exceed customer's needs. The theme reinforces the strap line Real people. Real skills. Real results, which we also developed.
#
This friendly, confident and straight-forward approach has proven to be a hit with both customers and judges resulting in Hymans Robertson collecting awards for both Actuarial Consultancy of the Year and Investment Consultancy of the Year at the UK Pensions Awards 2008.
